Provision of the IT hardware and software for establishing an IT network including website development and email service; procurement of network active equipment for WAN access to the service provider and connections of office machines within LAN; procurement of office machines for processing past and active data; procurement of network passive equipment, cabling services, plug in and start up of active equipment for LAN at province positions (including training of IT staff);
