The project purpose is to ensure that BOTAS is capable to fulfill its responsibilities related to natural gas transportation and transit in compliance with the EU standards.
The project will consist of two components;
- Legal and Know-how Support, covering such areas as tariffs, accounting, gas release programs, network code, transmission network development, cross border trade, transportation agreements, transit, technical operability and international obligations etc.
