Tenderer’s declaration for heat exchanger to warm the diluted gases and heated bags sampler unit fulfill the conditions given in standards (88/77/EEC) should be provided.

1.2.3 Exhaust gas extraction system of “HDE TS room”: 1 item

The system should have the following specifications and features:

 

  • Minimum capacity of the gas extraction system:               6000m3/h

 

  • Exhaust gas extraction system of the Engine test stand must be equipped with back pressure control device which can be operated in the control room. This system will have 2 entrance flanges (minimum 250mm diameter) on the same level with floor, at the corners of the engine test stand. This system can be integrated with the extraction system of the chassis dynamometer. In this case, two systems will be separable by a flap system.

 

A new bullet (third bullet) shall be added as follows

  • Exhaust gas extraction system must have an extension to the “HDE-PC TS” and 2 entrance flanges (minimum 250mm diameter) at the corners of the second engine test stand.
