Assistance to the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of Turkey to strengthen
its implementation and monitoring capacity through development of an integrated
software system with related analysis and design tasks including modules of
Analysis and design, Electronic Public Procurement’s Infrastructure, PPA
Workflow Management and Document Archive System, Public Procurement Board
Agenda Management and Decision Archive System, Administrative- Financial
Affairs and Personnel Operations Automation System, and preparation of
technical specification of the necessary IT equipments for the implementation
of the proposed software.
