7. Contract description
The main aim of the project is to develop an integrated Regulatory Information System (RIS) for EMRA.
The technical assistance will cover inter alia, the installation of the IT infrastructure and detailed identification of requirements for the RIS, the setting up of an EMRA portal, workflow system and document management system, the development of specialized processing applications, provision of support and additional services, and appropriate training in the use of the RIS.

10. Additional information

The award of this contract is subject to the signature of the respective Financing Memorandum between the European Commission and Turkey and accreditation of CFCU by European Commission.
