7. Contract description
The technical assistance focuses on the one hand on the improvement of the legislative framework for telecommunications sector and, on the other hand, on the strengthening of the administrative capacity of the Telecommunications Authority to perform its tasks effectively notably by improving its organization, the qualifications and skills of its human resources via internal training seminars on the implementation practices in the Member States.
