9. Additional information

The award of this contract is subject to:
a) parliamentary approval of the draft law on ISKUR; b) establishment of PCU within ISKUR, staffed with the necessary personnel and having access and use of necessary secretarial supports, c)ensuring the necessary Turkish co-financing for the grant scheme and works component. d) In case of modernisation of existing building, ISKUR must be the owner of respective space e) the accreditation of the CFCU by the European Commission.

Council Regulation No. (EC) 2500/2001 of 17 December 2001 concerning pre-accession financial assistance for Turkey and amending regulations (EEC) No 3906/89, (EC) No 1267/1999, (EC) No 1268/1999 and EC No 555/2000
