Purchasing of various telecommunication and networking facilities and web server upgrades to assist the Turkish Government to enable to meet its obligations to the EEA (European Environment Agency) and EIONET (Environmental Information Network) by establishing/improving the institutional and technical framework, procedures and protocols to ensure improved data exchange between different agencies.
