6. Contract description
The deliveries of equipment to improve laboratory capacity in two centres, Ankara and Kocaeli. The provision, delivery and installation of laboratory equipment, laboratory furniture and office equipments, caravan and appropriate vehicles, multimedia equipment and furniture for OHS promotion.

9. Additional information
The award of this contract is subject to the signature of the respective financing agreement between the European Commission and Turkey and the adoption by the Turkish government of a framework directive including around 20 regulations, which aim to transpose 28 EC council directives into the Turkish legislation.
