Code of Ethics

With the awareness and understanding that the public service is above all private interests and that the public official is at the service of the public;

To work to facilitate the daily life of the people, to meet their needs in the most effective, fast and efficient way, to increase the service quality and to increase the satisfaction of the society,

To fulfill my duty in line with the principles of respect for human rights, transparency, participation, honesty, accountability, protecting the public interest and the rule of law,

To act in accordance with the requirements of service in an impartial manner, without discriminating against language, religion, philosophical belief, political thought, race, age, physical disability or gender, and without giving rise to behaviors and practices that impede equality of opportunity,

To fulfill my duty without receiving gifts from any real or legal person who has a relationship with the duty, without obtaining any material and moral benefit or any such benefit, without expecting any special benefit,

Not to use or make use of public goods and resources other than for public purposes and service requirements, not to waste these goods and resources,

To respect the rights of individuals to petition, obtain information, complain and file a lawsuit, to act in a caring, courteous, measured and respectful manner towards those who benefit from the service, my colleagues and other interlocutors,

I undertake to work and provide services in accordance with the ethical behavior principles and values ​​determined by the regulations prepared by the Public Servants Ethics Committee. [1]
