Opening Event of Technical Assistance for Enhancement of Heating and Cooling Capacity, which aims to promote the green agenda and increase the planning, implementation, measurement and monitoring capacity in the energy efficient heating and cooling sector, of which our Unit is the Contracting Authority and Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources is the beneficiary, was held.
